Red River Lodge No Smoking & No Pets Policy:

• Red River Lodge is completely SMOKE FREE property as of June 2006 after undergoing complete renovation
  
• Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the building & within 25 feet outside of the building
  
• Because we are 100% Smoke Free, there is $100 fine for violation per occurrence
  
• For guests intending to pay by cash, there will be $100 cash deposit or valid credit required at the time of check-in
  
• As of December 2006, Red River Lodge will not allow any type of Pets inside the building. Violation of this policy will result in $100 fine per occurrence
  
• Only Service Animal(s) with a valid permit will be allowed in a designated room. Permit must be presented at the time of check-in
• Red River Lodge strictly enforces above policies and will not make any exception. We ask for your support and co-operation in above matter
